• 40,000 square foot clubhouse (that's pretty big)
• 1,500 square foot fitness center
• Golf simulator room (but it is so awesome it feels like it's real, for real)
• Banquet space that seats 350
• A zero entry splash pool and diving board (no splash = perfect 10 from the judges!)
• A beautifully designed room specifically for brides and bridal parties
• A wine room with seating for 40 (um hello? a wine room with seating for 40!)
  
• A "Party Room" (yes, a party room)
  
• A grassy knoll that seats 250 for outdoor receptions and events (but not that grassy knoll)

As the premier private club in Sioux Falls, convenience, service and comfort are top priority. That's why it was important to:

• Add 10,000 square feet to the new clubhouse, with dedicated seating for family dining 
• Increase available banquet space
• Provide multiple opportunities to "belly up" both inside and out at our new sports bar
• Build a new state of the art, centrally located kitchen
• Add way more outdoor seating and event space

After finalizing plans with our architect Partners & Sirny Architects we broke ground on 7.14.14. and we are looking forward to cutting some ribbons over the summer of 2015!

Our thoughtful, purposeful "brand new build" is just a small glimpse into what CCSF is all about, because we don't sell memberships here, we offer an incredible Sioux Falls lifestyle.
